Our Rental Properties
We offer long-term rental homes in a serene, safe, family-friendly environment that appreciates and respects the beauty of the hundreds of acres of farmland that surround us. Our modern cottages are newly renovated, charming and spacious. The homes are equipped with essential appliances and come ready for move-in, with easy access to your landlord and superintendent, both of whom live on property. Garbage disposal, snow removal, lawn cutting and basic home repair services are all included in our amenities. All of our cottages have access to their own yard space and driveway, with parking for at least two vehicles. Our property’s design affords a sense of community while also providing for privacy and personal space.
Our farm is a short drive from the town centers of Branchburg, Somerville, Pluckemin and Bedminster, and it is in close proximity to such points of interest as Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club, Trump National Golf Club, Natirar, the Somerset Airport and the offices of many major corporations. It is just a one-hour drive from Midtown Manhattan, New York.

The Greenhouse Cottage
The 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath, 2-story Greenhouse Cottage is our largest cottage on property. Its most unique feature is the attached antique glass greenhouse, which can be used for horticulture as well as entertaining. The closest building to the Main House, the Greenhouse Cottage shares a driveway and parking area with the owners, as well as the garage (with its own private section). The cottage has a screened-in porch and private garden space in the back of the house, with views of the vegetable garden and the creek. The house is equipped with a washer/dryer, central air conditioning, propane heating, a working fireplace, dishwasher and high-end kitchen appliances.
The Creek Cottage
The 1.5-bedroom, 1-bath, two-story Creek Cottage is lovely and compact, with plenty of space for a couple or a young family. It has its own private driveway and parking area, an open-air colonial porch with private yard space and a screened-in porch with views over a wooded creek. The cottage is located near the barns, up a slight hill—making it the most removed of all the rental homes. It is equipped with a washer/dryer, window unit AC, propane heating and a working fireplace.
The Farmhouse Cottage
This 3-bedroom, 2-bath ranch home is spacious and airy. The closest to the barns and chicken coops, it affords a true sense of “farm life,” with private yard space as well as a small driveway and parking area. It is equipped with a washer/dryer, window unit AC, oil heat (propane for stove) and dishwasher.
The West Cottage
The West Cottage sits across the street from the Main House and has the best views on the farm, as it looks back over open fields to the woods. The Duplex is comprised of 2 separate apartments, each of which is outfitted with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, plus a rear deck and yard space, as well as a private driveway with garage space.
